How to Schedule a Decision Tree to Go Live?

You can easily schedule a decision tree for publishing with Knowmax. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu.
  2. Select the “Manage Library” option under the Decision Trees section or learn how to create a new decision tree here.
  3. Click on the “Pending for Approval” tab under the Library section and then click on the decision tree to be scheduled under it.
  4. After selecting the decision tree, scroll to the bottom of the page. There, you will see the “Set Time” option. Select the checkbox to move to continue.
  5. Next, the Start Date/End Date option appears. Click on it to continue scheduling. Enter the desired date and time, then click “Set” to confirm or “Cancel” to exit the scheduling process.
  6. Click on the “PUBLISH” button to continue.
  7. A dialog box will appear asking if you want to broadcast your approval or not. Click “NO” to publish the decision tree without sending it for content approval broadcast or “YES” to send it for content approval broadcast first.

And that’s it! Once approved, your decision tree will go live as scheduled, keeping your knowledge base timely and organized without manual effort.
