How To Create A Step-by-step Picture Guide?

You can easily create a step-by-step picture guide in Knowmax. Here’s how:

  1. On the admin dashboard, click the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu.
  2. From the left-side panel, expand the “Picture Guides” section and select “Create.”
  3. A new page will appear with the option to create a picture guide. Click “Picture Guide” and enter the title of your guide to continue.
  4. Drag and drop all images for the picture guide or click “UPLOAD FROM YOUR COMPUTER” to select images.
  5. Once uploaded, rearrange the images by dragging them into the desired order.
  6. Add step-by-step instructions in the text box below each image.
  7. Click on an image to edit it, update instructions, and add tips or warnings.
  8. Click the “Image Editor” button to modify the image if needed.
  9. After editing the image, click “Save” to apply changes.
  10. Confirm the image size and format, then click “Save” again to proceed.
  11. Once all instructions, edits, and tips are added, click “Save” to finalize the guide.
  12. Click “SAVE & PROCEED” to move forward or “SAVE AS A DRAFT” to edit later.
  13. Select a category for the picture guide.
  14. Choose the departments that will have access to this picture guide.
  15. Select the channels through which users can access the picture guide.
  16. Preview the picture guide to ensure accuracy.
  17. Click “UPLOAD FOR APPROVAL” to submit the picture guide for review or “BACK” to make further edits.
  18. A dialog box will appear asking if you want to translate the guide. Click “No” to publish it in the current language or “Yes” to auto-translate and publish it in other preferred languages.
