How to Create FAQ with Max AI?

You can instantly create an FAQ in Knowmax using Max AI. Here’s how:

  1. On the admin dashboard, click the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu.
  2. From the left-side panel, expand the “FAQ” section and select “Create.”
  3. A new page will appear asking what type of FAQs you want to create. Click “FAQ” to create one manually or “UPLOAD IN BULK” to upload an FAQ Excel file.
  4. Enter the title of the FAQ and click “Continue” to start creating.
  5. A new page will appear where you can add questions and answers. Click the “Edit” icon next to the answer text box to modify the answer.
  6. Click the “Max AI” button to generate an answer using AI.
  7. A Max AI dialog box will open. Enter the instructions for generating the FAQ and press the Submit Icon.
  8. Max AI will start generating the answer. Click STOP to pause the AI generation, REFRESH to regenerate, and INSERT to add the AI-generated answer to the FAQ.
  9. Review the AI-generated answer, make any necessary edits, then click “SAVE” to continue.
