How to Create an Article Using AI?

You can easily create AI-generated articles with Knowmax. Here’s how:

1. Click on the Hamburger icon to open the Navigation Menu.
2. From the left-side panel, open the drop-down menu under the Articles section and select the “CREATE” option.
3. A page will open asking how you want to create the article. Click “SINGLE PAGE ARTICLE” to make an article manually or “TEMPALTES” to use a pre-designed template.
4. Enter the title, select the template, and click “CONTINUE” to create the article.
5. Next, to generate article content using artificial intelligence (AI), use the above editor and click the “AI” icon.
6. A new box will appear in the same window. Enter the topic and other details to generate the article, then click the arrow icon next to it. The content will be generated.
7. After proofreading, click “INSERT” to enter the generated text, or click “REFRESH” to regenerate content, or “STOP” to pause the article generation.
8. Once done, click on “SAVE & PROCEED” to continue or “SAVE AS A DRAFT” to edit it later.
9. Select the desired category, departments, and channels to securely distribute the article.
10. Preview your article to ensure everything is correct.
11. Click on “UPLOAD FOR APPROVAL” to submit the article for review or “BACK” to make further edits.
12. A dialog box will appear asking if you want to publish the article in other languages. Click “NO” to publish in the current language or “YES” to auto-translate and publish in other preferred languages.
