How To Clone & Create a Decision Tree?

You can easily create a decision tree in Knowmax by cloning an existing one. Here’s how:

1. On the admin dashboard, click the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu.
2. From the left-side panel, expand the “Decision Trees” section and select “Create”.
3. A new page will appear asking what type of decision tree you want to create. Click “Clone a Decision Tree” to duplicate an existing one.
4. Enter a title for the cloned decision tree.
5. Select the decision tree you want to clone.
6. Click “Continue” to duplicate and edit the decision tree.
7. Once cloned, make necessary edits using the right panel.
8. Click “SAVE & PROCEED” to continue or “SAVE AS A DRAFT” to edit later.
9. Select a category for the decision tree.
10. Preview the decision tree to ensure everything is correct.
11. Click “UPLOAD FOR APPROVAL” to submit it for review or “BACK” to make further changes.
12. A dialog box will appear asking whether you want to create or edit FAQs in other languages. Click “No” to publish in the current language or “Yes” to auto-translate and publish in additional languages.
