How to Change the Theme of a Decision Tree?

You can easily change the theme for your decision tree with Knowmax. Here’s how:

  1. Create your decision tree as usual. Learn how to create a decision tree here.
  2. On the right-side panel, navigate to the Theme section, where you will find three theme options: Default, Image, and Color Theme.
  3. Select the most appropriate theme based on your requirements.
  4. Once done, click on “SAVE & PROCEED” to continue or “SAVE AS A DRAFT” to edit later.
  5. Select the desired category, departments, and channels to securely distribute the decision tree.
  6. Preview your decision tree to ensure everything is correct.
  7. Click “UPLOAD FOR APPROVAL” to submit the decision tree for review or “BACK” to make further edits.
  8. A dialog box will appear asking if you want to publish the decision tree in other languages. Click “NO” to publish in the current language or “YES” to auto-translate and publish in other preferred languages.

And that’s it! Once approved, your decision tree will be published in the chosen theme and available to users. Keep your decision trees updated to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
