How to Add a Link to an FAQ?

You can easily Add a Link to an FAQ in Knowmax. Here’s how:

  1. On the admin dashboard, click the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu.
  2. From the left-side panel, expand the “FAQ” section and select “Create.”
  3. A new page will appear asking what type of FAQs you want to create. Click “FAQ” to create one manually or “UPLOAD IN BULK” to upload an FAQ Excel file.
  4. Enter the title of the FAQ and click “Continue” to start creating.
  5. A new page will appear where you can add questions and answers. Click the “Edit” icon next to the answer text box to modify the answer.
  6. Type your answer, highlight the text you want to hyperlink, and click the “Link” icon.
  7. An “Insert/edit link” dialog box will appear. Enter the desired URL, check that the correct text is hyperlinked, and add a title if needed.
  8. Choose whether the link should open in the Current Window or a New Window. Then, click “SAVE” to confirm the hyperlink.
  9. After adding the link, click “SAVE” again to finalize your answer.
