Admins can now create and manage a reusable library of AI prompts directly in Org Settings. Instead of manually retyping prompts every time, you can save your instructions once and reuse them across MAX AI for Articles, FAQs, and Decision Trees, with more features to follow.

Image Support in MAX AI Decision Tree – Build DTs from Visual File
MAX AI can now read and process image files, JPGs, PNGs, Visio diagrams, and complex charts, and convert them into editable Decision Trees. Previously limited to PDFs and documents, this opens up a whole new category of source material for AI-assisted DT creation
Designed to help you:
• Convert existing flowcharts, process diagrams, or visual SOPs into Decision Trees
• Reduce manual re-creation of content that already exists in visual form
• Expand the range of files agents and authors can work with in MAX AI

Users can now select a custom prompt when generating Flows with MAX AI, along with a helpful tooltip for guidance. The prompt field is optional — you can still generate flows from content alone — but it gives authors more control over the output structure.

Google Drive Federation & Sync – Search and Import Google Drive Content
Knowmax now connects with Google Drive in two powerful ways. First, agents can search Google Drive content directly from the Knowmax platform, no tab switching required. Second,
selected Google Drive files can be synced and imported as native Knowmax Documents, keeping your knowledge base automatically up to date.

Select the content you want, export it as a file, and import it into any other tenant, making staging-to-production migrations and cross-tenant content sharing faster and simpler than ever.

Edit History now supports side-by-side version comparison for multi-page articles. For each page, you can see exactly what changed between versions, making it easy to audit edits, revert mistakes, and maintain content accuracy over time.
