The Freshchat Application is used to handle customer queries over chat and backend team has to extract the solution from Knowledge management portal so both will work in isolation. Because of Freshchat and Knowmax integration, user doesn’t require to enter information separately to get issue resolved. The query will be passed though KM search and basis on this resolution will be displayed.
Once setup will complete now user will chat with customer and parallel to that he can search content in KM search integrated inside freshchat. The provided solutions can be designed in picture guide, decision tree ,FAQ or article format.
