How To Create FAQ in a Knowledge Base?

You can easily create interactive FAQs with Knowmax. Here’s how:

  1. On the admin dashboard, click on the Hamburger Icon to open the Navigation Menu.
  2. From the left-side panel, open the drop-down menu under the FAQ section and select the ‘Create’ option.
  3. A page will open asking what type of FAQs you would like to create. Click on ‘FAQ’ to create them manually or ‘UPLOAD IN BULK’ to upload a FAQ Excel file.
  4. Enter the title of the FAQ and click on ‘Continue’ to start creating the FAQs.
  5. A new page will appear where you can add questions and answers. Click on the Edit Icon next to the question text box, to enter the question.
  6. In the dialog box that opens, type in your question and click ‘SAVE’ to continue.
  7. Repeat the process to input your answer.
  8. Click on ‘ADD NEW’ to add more questions and answers.
  9. Once done, click on ‘SAVE & PROCEED’ to continue, or ‘SAVE AS A DRAFT’ to edit later.
  10. Select a category for your FAQ.
  11. On the next page, preview your FAQ.
  12. Click on ‘UPLOAD FOR APPROVAL’ to submit your FAQs for review or ‘Back’ to make further edits.
  13. A dialog box will appear asking if you want to create or edit FAQs in other languages. Click ‘No’ to publish in current language or ‘Yes’ to auto-translate and publish in other preferred languages.

And that’s it! Once approved, your FAQs will be published and available to users. Your customers will then have easy access to a helpful FAQ section whenever they need them. Keep your FAQs updated and watch how seamless your CX becomes.
