A free trial ensures that you're able to explore the platform completely and evaluate all the use cases. Once you request for a trial, we will get in touch with you to setup your account and explain you the features of the platform. The duration of free trial is 14 days from the date your account gets activated

During the trial period our customer success champion will be in regular touch with you to make sure that you're using the platform at its full potential. Once the trial is over your data will be secure on cloud for 45 days before we permanentaly delete it.

Knowmax is SaaS platform. While we provide both the options, we recommend that you go with an cloud deployment because it's easy to setup, you get regular updates on new features & its economic. However, for large enterprise clients only we offer an on-premise option too.

Pricing is based on per agent per month & for self service, pricing is for every incident on your website/app. Aside to this we have flexible pricing as per modules so that you pay only for the modules that you want.

We provide 24*7 day support via email and for critical concerns you can always get in touch with your customer success manager for any immediate assistance. For enterprise clients, we offer dedicated support too.

At Knowmax we have multiple modules such as Decision Trees, Knowledge Base, Picture Guides, Chatbot Training, LMS and we want to ensure that our customers pay us only for the modules that solves their challenges.

Pricing for self-service is based on a per incident model which starts at $0.20 per incident, however if the hits at your website support page or mobile app are more than 50,000 a month, get in touch to get a discounted price.

A self-service incident is captured when a particular content of your knowledge base (decision tree, article, document, FAQ, picture guide) is clicked and viewed on any of your self service channels such as Website, Mobile App, Chatbot. External incidents can be viewed in the analytics section of your admin panel along with keywords used by customers to search the content
